Is God Doing Something New–Intimacy Required?
I Received the following message from Streams of Revival @ Charisma+online, Tuesday Feb. 20, 2007, given by Matt Sorger. The message is short but profound:
“You cannot carbon-copy yourself after anything you see with your natural eyes. There will be no model that you can follow; there will be no model that you can [...]

The Shifting Center of Christianity: An Example Observed in the UK
I noted in a previous post that there was an on-going shift in the center of Christianity. I stated that soon we may see missionaries coming to Europe from former missions: from African, South American, and Asian churches.
J. Lee Grady notes that this is already happening in the UK, in a recent post [...]

Observing the Shifting Center of Christianity
The following article that I posted on one of my other blogs continues in the same frame as my recent posts on the Korean Church. The churches in South Korea are sending out thousands of missionaries to nations all around the world. Particularly to Asian countries. I had no idea of the [...]

The Sin of Eli & Church Discipline
J. Lee Grady, editor of Charisma Magazine has posted some timely and essential thoughts on church discipline in a recent article: Fire In My Bonesclick on archives: 2-02-07- Cowardice, Compromise and the Sin of Eli. He closes with the following call for action:
The bottom line: Godly leaders draw lines and enforce moral standards–without becoming [...]

Update: Prayers for North Korea and a New Revival
This is actually a far larger story than the article in my previous post indicates. While I was working today, I ran into a fellow sales rep. who is a Korean-American Brother. I told him that I had read about the 1907 Revival in Pyongyang. He explained to me that it was the [...]

Prayers for a New North Korean Revival
An Article was sent to me this week from Christianity Today about folks praying for a ‘new’ Revival to hit North Korea. It starts out:
Christians gathered in New Jersey last week to commemorate the January 14, 1907, revival in Pyongyang, North Korea, which sparked the spread of Christianity throughout Korea in the early 1900s.
It is [...]

Praise Report: Finally Got My Laptop Back
I finally got my laptop back from the repair shop. Praise God! I feared that I would lose all my data since I was not able to back up anything. The AC port was all that needed to be replaced so it didn’t affect the harddrive.
All my stuff was still there. [...]
