John Crowder is unconventional. John Crowder is strange to say the least. But he backs everything he has up with scripture. In a desire to understand him more I read his book Mystical Union. I was very impressed with his Theological understanding and he has made me start looking at the scripture differently.

His main message is, you are already in Union with God. You dont have to “work” towards it. Infact if you think anything you do creates that union, you are insulting God. Jesus already did all the work up on the cross. We have become so religious in this country that most people now believe The Union with God depends on how good you are in your own strength.

Thanks RT for your comments. I really don’t know much about this guy and his ministry and what his “main agenda and practices” are.

I can only respond to what I observed that night and in that context many were blessed by the Holy Spirit.

I wasn’t there but I don’t see evidence of the Holy Spirit in that guy’s ministry. He is not supposed to offend the older crowd. He doesn’t seem to be promoting holiness at all. Seriously brother, can you find his main agenda and practices supported in Scripture or is it a deceiving spirit like Andrew Strom’s video show?
