Christopher Hitchens the journalist, author, and atheist crusader has been diagnosed with cancer of the esophagus.

Should Christians pray for his recovery?

    Yes.

First of all we should respect the teaching of Jesus:

“Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who abuse you.” –Luke 6:27-28
