-Move of God in Nicaragua: Tens of Thousands Have Come to Christ

MOVE OF GOD

There is an amazing move of God happening in Nicaragua. Over 650,000 have attended, tens of thousands have accepted Jesus Christ, and the services have also experienced thousands of miracles and healings. From CBN News:

A miraculous story is unfolding of Nicaraguans attending mass evangelism campaigns, and witnessing a mighty move of God in their country. Missionary Britt Hancock of the organization “Mountain Gateway” followed God’s call to help lead these events, along with Evangelist Nathan Morris and Shake the Nations Ministries

Britt says tens of thousands have accepted Jesus Christ and thousands have been healed.

“We’ve had people baptized in the Holy Spirit spontaneously. We’ve had people come out of wheelchairs,” Britt shared. “You name it, every class of miracle – lame walking, deaf ears opened, blinded eyes opened.”…He describes it as “a stirring of that whole society”…

Response: I have been looking for the beginning of a great world-wide harvest that will touch whole nations and bring a billion people to Christ. This move of God is touching the entire nation of Nicaragua and it is still going. Praise God.

-Georgia: Minister Prays Dead Man Back to Life

Read this incredible story from CBN:

Dr. Kellie Agueze personally knows that God can change any situation. As a full-time minister, she spends hours warring for nations in prayer, encouraging millions of followers on social media with the Word of God, prophesying to others, and sharing the Gospel message all over the world.

Yet, the most profound miracle she’s ever witnessed happened recently in a small church in Roswell, Georgia. …

I immediately put on my nurse practitioner hat and checked his pulse…NOTHING. The gentleman was LIFELESS, COLD, SLUMPED OVER— DEAD,” she described in a Facebook post. …

“I made the decision that I had no choice but to raise him from the dead,” she said. “I have to bring this man back to life.”

She called out to onlookers asking what was his name. His wife identified the man as Stephen Ihenacho.

“I grabbed Stephen’s head and upper body and I prayed with a fervency I’d never experienced before and then I said ‘Stephen you get back here! Come back to life! You will not die today,” she shared.

Then the impossible happened. Within seconds the man started to blink his eyes and his pulse returned.

Response: Note that Dr. Kellie Agueze is not only a minister but a nurse practitioner by trade and surely knows when someone is dead. An Incredible story and this time in the USA.

-If God Did It Before He Can Do It Again

We live in ‘interesting times.’ Sometimes considering all of economic difficulties, cultural changes, wars and threats of terrorism, along with weather that is extreme to the point that some are calling it ‘Biblical’, I wish I was living in a different generation when life might have been easier for a Christian.

However what is happening in these times can also be exciting. Christianity around the world is growing faster than any generation before and I recently read that the were more Christians living today than all of the previous generations combined. Here in America and in the West we seem to be in decline but in reality we are seeing a great harvest with revivals happening in many countries, some of which are somewhat secret.

On Sunday during church I thought about all of the moves of God that have happened in my lifetime along with some special men and women of God that came and gone ministering in special ways. The tent revivals following WWII, the Charismatic Renewal that touched mainline churches, the Jesus People movement that touched at least a million folks, the charismatic movement that followed along with The Vineyard, KC, Toronto, and Florida and many others. Thinking about all of the moves in this generation including what is happening in China, Africa, and Iran, I came away with a new conviction that what we have seen in the past we will see again and maybe even greater things since the difficult times before us may call for it.

I spent 2015 praying the Psalms asking for revival in our land and started 2016 with the same conviction. I have prayed for the Kingdom to come down and touch the church and awaken it as never before. Now on Sunday came the inspiration to pray for every miracle and healing I come across while reading the Scriptures to happen again. What God has done in the past he can do again in this generation.

Today I ran across the following article and account of a dream in Charisma with the same message:  Prophetic Dream: God Did It Before and He Will Do It Again(Link NLA)

Here’s a short quote from the article:

I heard a second phrase in these dreams. … “If I did it then, I will do it again!” Every miracle we have ever read about in the Word, every revival or awakening from a past season, every example of a city or nation turning towards Christ becomes a foreshadowing of what God desires to do again!

Amen! I am praying to see it all again and even more starting in 2016.

-Burkina Faso: Deaf Hear and Blind See

          (Image via Wikipedia)

A short report by from the Christ for All Nations’ Gospel Campaign in the Central African nation of Burkina Faso with Evangelists Reinhard Bonnke and Daniel Kolenda:

“The Holy Spirit was poured out on the multitude in a mass baptism of fire! Dramatic signs and wonders accompanied the preaching of gospel.”

“An old mama who was totally blind for two years received her sight. A woman with a lump in each of her breasts, said that during the prayer both lumps vanished. A totally deaf woman was also completely healed along with another blind girl.”

Saturday morning marked the grand finale of the Fire Conference. Peter van den Berg preached with Kolenda following. Before he could take the microphone, Kolenda says the Holy Spirit was already falling.

“We just took our hands off the ‘reigns’ and let the Holy Spirit have His way.  It was glorious!”

Response: Just a reminder that revival is going on all over the world. Also, genuine signs and wonders and healing attend those genuine moves of God and thousands are coming to Christ.

One wonders how America would respond to a genuine revival? I am increasingly believing that this country will never be the same unless a new awakening breaks out across America.

-It began with a Prayer and a Miracle

Here’s the story of how a major radio ministry and business began with one prayer and a miracle:

Vic Eliason still remembers the exact spot on the floor where he stood with three students in 1961, praying for a miracle…

“We prayed on that spot on a Friday, believing that if God wanted us to have air time, He would have to provide it,” Eliason recalled. “On Monday, the door slammed open and a man I had never seen before asked, ‘Could anybody here use some free air time?’”

That was just the beginning of a life of miracles. On another occasion Eliason was involved with trying to purchase their first radio station -a 100,000-watt station evaluated at $465,000 even though the ministry “didn’t have a dime”:

“The bank said they’d look it over, to see if it would be wise for us to take on that size of an expansion. And not only did the bank suggest it was a good idea, but they also said, ‘The people you reach are your greatest resource. We urge you to do it. How much do you have to put down?’

“I went like this,” Eliason said, holding his forefinger to his thumb in the shape of a zero. “’Well,’ the bank said, ‘I guess we’ll have to write your whole check.’”

Eliason could only shake his head, saying, “To God be the glory.”

From there the ministry –VCY America, has grown to operate nearly 30 Christian radio stations across the mid-west and provide on-air content for dozens more.

Response: Just a good story to remind all of us in the middle of a major recession that God is still in the miracle business. Whether you are starting a ministry or a business in his name.

Thousands of ministries and churches across America got started with miracles of their own and in today’s recession keep on keeping on depending on God’s alternative kingdom economy.

This well could be the finest hour of the American church where everyone must turn to God in a new way just to pay the bills. But not only that, we are called to expand and take the Gospel to every nation. That is going to take a bunch of miracles, but Praise the Lord he is still in that business.

-Muslims Coming to Christ Through Dreams, Visions, and Miracles

image

We have talked about the hidden revival among Muslims before.

Although on the front pages of the world media, radical Muslims seem to dominate the news with terrorist acts and promises to take over Europe and eventually put America under the yoke of sharia law, here is the latest report from Charisma magazine about the ‘tsunami of faith’ miraculously bringing thousands of Muslims to Christ (Link NLA):

“…a tsunami of faith is quietly overtaking the Muslim world. Islamic adherents are laying aside their allegiance to Muhammad to follow Jesus Christ, despite the social ostracism, persecution and possible martyrdom that converts to Christianity face. Propelled by dreams, visions and miracles, this wave of revival is bringing vast numbers of Muslims—some say millions—into God’s kingdom.”

The article ends with this plea for Christians to pray with their Muslim brothers:

Prayer is vital. However, three converts in Egypt told Janssen that Christians in America should pray “with” them, not “for” them.

“If you pray for us, you will pray for our safety, and the persecution will stop,” they told him. “If you pray with us, we can be sure the persecution will increase. Pray we will see millions [come] to Christ. We know there will be backlash. Pray we will be faithful, even if it costs us our lives.”

Lord, continue to do a revival work among Muslims, praise your name, Amen.

-Jerusalem: An Interview with Heidi Baker, Part Three

Here’s Chris Mitchell’s third and final with Heidi Baker in Jerusalem: Longing for Jerusalem and Jesus (Link NLA)

The following is part of the Mitchell’s intro to this video:

“What’s God’s Heart for Jerusalem? How does lasting fruitfulness in ministry happen? These are some of the questions Heidi Baker answers…

Heidi’s passion for Jesus rings out as she talks about the joy of spending time with Him.”

-Jerusalem: An Interview with Heidi Baker, Part Two

Here’s Chris Mitchell’s second interview with Heidi Baker: “Back to Jerusalem”

The following is part of the Mitchell’s intro to this video:

Many of you may have heard of the “Back to Jerusalem” vision of the Chinese church. …

In this second part of our interview with Heidi Baker of Iris Ministries, she tells how they’re planting thousands of churches throughout Africa on their way back to Jerusalem. It’s all part of the fulfillment of the Great Commission…

Heidi also shares some of the lessons the church in the West can learn from the people who are “the poorest of the poor.” These are people dependent and desperate for God. As Heidi says, “if God doesn’t show up, they’re dead.” But she says He does show up, the God who is alive!

-Jerusalem: An Interview with Heidi Baker, Part One

Chris Mitchell of CBN News interviewed Heidi Baker of Iris Ministries in Jerusalem a few days ago. This first video contains an update on the ongoing revival ministries of Heidi and her husband Rolland in Mozambique and Malawi, Africa where they have planted 10’s of thousands of churches, and run several orphanages and a school of ministry.

I have personally experienced their ministry several times in my home church during their visits back home to South Orange County California. Always an incredible experience.

This is what Chris Mitchell in way of introduction on his Jerusalem Dateline CBN website:

“Would you believe people are being raised from the dead? Or the deaf hearing? Even food being multiplied? Heidi Baker believes it and has seen it. …

What happened then sounds like stories straight out of the Book of Acts. But Heidi insists it’s happening today. She says it’s a story of miracles and Muslims coming to faith in Jesus.”

-The Gospel Demonstrated

image

Here’s a great message and testimony from Ben Cerullo:

I will never forget that night. You could hear the astonishment in the people’s voices as they shouted with amazement. The woman they had known all their lives and referred to as “the deaf, mute woman” could suddenly hear!

It happened as I preached the message of salvation. This woman who had never heard, could suddenly hear the words from my mouth. All the people from the neighborhood were astounded. They knew her. They knew she was deaf. And now she could hear. It was a true miracle of God.

Not only was this woman’s life changed, but the entire neighborhood received hope by witnessing that miracle. In the worst neighborhood in Honduras, God poured out His hope to all those people—by healing that one woman.
That’s the incredible power of demonstrating the Gospel, that’s what we are all called to do—demonstrate the Gospel.
